Purpose
This scholarship is intended to provide financial support to the children of members of the State Police Association of Massachusetts in their pursuit of higher education.
Awards
$2,000 Scholarship for full-time undergraduate study only.
Eligibility
Previous award recipients are not eligible.
Candidate
1) Must be a dependent child of a State Police Association of Massachusetts member, in good standing, or a dependent of a member killed in the line of duty.
2)Pursuing an undergraduate degree or equivalent in a full-time accredited community college, college, university, professional or technical school.
3)Be a high school senior that has been accepted in a full-time accredited community college, college, university, professional or technical school.
Application Procedure
1) Complete and certify application.
2) Upload acceptance letter, degree audit, or unofficial transcript
3) Prepare and upload a resume.
4) Submit application through this portal.
5) Application, to include acceptance letter or transcript and resume, must be submitted no later than March 31, 2025.
Selection of Awards
Each application and applicant will remain anonymous during the selection process.
Awards Presentation
The award check will be paid at a date to be determined.
Obligations
The application must be filled out completely and accurately.
